Hello! Join me and fellow mystic-y friends for a class/practice/ritual on making amends to our younger selves. If you’re self-sabotaging, feeling a lot of inner conflict, or just want to feel more integrated, then your younger self might benefit from some love and attention.
We will explore and discuss:
the power and intention behind the practice of making amends
why we are doing this
We will become aware of what needs mending through:
a willingness to listen and hear
a willingness to believe what comes forward from our current self and our younger self
We will actually practice making the amends through:
connecting to sensation in our bodies
embodied and sacred gestures
a commitment to your younger self and the ongoing process (this is not a one-time thing!)
Please bring a photo of yourself as a kid (ideally around the age you want to connect with), pen and paper, and markers or paints if you wanna doodle/sketch/paint. If you can, try to wear comfy clothes and join from a comfortable location.
The photo above is of the younger antler-wearing “me,” and she’s excited about this class/ritual!
